Restful Night Sublingual
Restful Night Sublingual, how it works and how to use it
Restful Night is an evening sublingual tincture, taken once a day about thirty minutes before bed. It is built on a broad-spectrum distillate from US hemp, which carries a natural range of rare minor cannabinoids, and is then raised with a higher level of CBN, the cannabinoid this evening formulation is built around. It contains no psychoactive compounds, will not impair you in any way, and is fully compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill across all US states. Plant-based, organic, and manufactured in Texas by Bonner Biotech LLC.
How to take it, step by step

About thirty minutes before bed, half to one full dropper
Take your dose around thirty minutes before bed, as part of your evening wind-down. One full dropper holds 1ml. You can take anywhere from half a dropper (0.5ml) up to a full dropper (1ml). Many people start with half a dropper and adjust up to a full dropper as they settle into a routine with it.

Hold in the mouth for 15 seconds, two ways to take it
Choose whichever suits you. Either place the contents under your tongue and hold them there, gently rubbing along the gum line, or swill the liquid around the whole mouth. Either way, keep it in the mouth for a full 15 seconds. The tissue inside the mouth is rich in blood vessels, which allows the cannabinoids to absorb directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for faster, more effective uptake.

Swallow
After 15 seconds, swallow normally. Any remaining formulation continues to absorb through the digestive system. Can be taken on an empty or full stomach.
Half to one full dropper (0.5ml to 1ml) each evening. A 30ml bottle provides roughly a 30 to 60-night supply, depending on your dose. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

A broad-spectrum foundation
The endocannabinoid system is the body's master regulatory network, and it responds best to a full spectrum of cannabinoids working together rather than any single one in isolation. Restful Night starts from a broad-spectrum hemp distillate, which brings a natural range of rare minor cannabinoids, so the formulation supports the endocannabinoid system through CB1, CB2, and associated receptor sites more comprehensively. This is the same entourage principle that underpins all of our formulations.
Built around CBN
What sets Restful Night apart from our daytime sublingual is CBN. It is a rare minor cannabinoid, and in this formulation it is featured at a notably higher level than in the daytime blend. CBN sits at the centre of growing interest in evening-oriented formulations, and here it leads a broad-spectrum profile rather than standing alone. The cannabinoids are suspended in MCT oil, which supports absorption through fatty acid pathways, and the blend is finished tasteless and odourless with a light natural orange essence.

CBD, Cannabidiol
Non-psychoactive and the most extensively studied cannabinoid. A core part of the broad-spectrum foundation.
CBG, Cannabigerol
Non-psychoactive. Known as the parent cannabinoid, providing complementary broad-spectrum support.
CBC, Cannabichromene
Non-psychoactive. Binds to CB1 and CB2 receptor sites and forms part of the natural distillate profile.
CBDa, Cannabidiolic Acid
The acidic precursor to CBD, adding to the acidic cannabinoid layer of the formulation.
CBGa, Cannabigerolic Acid
The precursor to many major cannabinoids, completing the acidic cannabinoid layer.
Rare minor cannabinoids
The broad-spectrum hemp distillate also carries a natural complex of rare minor cannabinoids, including CBE, CBT, CBL, and CBDV, present in trace amounts as part of the full-spectrum profile.
Important notes
Will this affect a drug test?
No. Our broad-spectrum formulation contains no delta-9 THC and no delta-8, and will not affect a standard drug test. If you are subject to workplace or professional testing, you can use this product with confidence. If you have any questions, contact me before beginning.
Using it as part of your evening routine
Restful Night is intended for evening use, taken once a day before bed. Because it is non-impairing and contains no delta-9 THC, it can be taken each evening. Taking it consistently, at around the same time as part of a settled wind-down routine, helps you find what works best for you.
Using it alongside the daytime sublingual
Restful Night is formulated to sit alongside our daytime broad-spectrum sublingual. Many clients take the daytime formula through the day and Restful Night in the evening. If you would like guidance on using the two together, contact me and I will talk you through it.
Side effects and allergies
